Tan Boon Hui has an Economics degree (1st Class Honors) from the Flinders University Of South Australia. He started his career as a Foreign Service Officer in the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs in Singapore in 1979. In 1981, he joined Esso Singapore to work in its Supply Department. From there, he held progressively senior appointments in Corporate Planning, Planning and Economics, and Financial Reporting before being appointed Treasurer in 1991. In 1994, he joined Motorola as its Asia Pacific Treasurer, where he has responsibility for cash management, investments, foreign exchange, financing, bank relations and pensions for the region, which covers sixteen countries. He is a director of Motorola?s subsidiaries in Singapore and Hong Kong, and chairs the Regional Investment Committee, which oversees Motorola?s funded pension plans in the region. He is also Managing Director of Motorola Asia Treasury Private Limited, Motorola?s Finance & Treasury Center in Singapore. A member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers in Singapore, Boon Hui was its Treasurer in 1994.

Cheng Bin is head of derivatives and investment in China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company. He has professional experiences in FX and fixed income trading. And he also is a FRM (Financial Risk Manager) chartered holder.

Collin is Head of Currency Management for SSgA globally. He joined SSgA in 2006 and has more than ten years of experience with sell-side and buy-side firms in developing innovative currency research. He joins SSgA from Citigroup in New York and London, where he served as global head of the Investor Risk Advisory team. Prior to Citigroup, he held titles of currency analyst and head of quantitative currency research for Putnam Investments in Boston, where he was also the portfolio manager for all absolute return currency strategies. Prior to Putnam, he was a research officer and analyst for Barclays Global Investors in San Francisco.

Collin holds a PhD and MA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Graceland University. He has been published in various academic and practitioner journals, including the Journal of International Money and Finance and Quantitative Finance.

Mr. Crooks has over 20 years experience in the currency, equity, and futures arena. Jack is an investment advisor who has held key positions in brokerage, money management, trading, and research.

Jack is founder and president of Black Swan Capital LLC and Black Swan Capital Management. He was also founder of Ross International Asset Management and General Manager of Plexus Trading, a discretionary money management firm specializing in global stock, bond, and currency asset management for retail clients and a currency futures and commodities trading partnership, respectively.

He has written extensively on the subject of global currencies and international economics.

K.C. Lam was appointed Director and Head of Asian FX Sales of CME Group in November 2007. He is responsible for helping to execute CME Group's Asian FX business strategy including increasing trading volume and distribution of FX futures and options on CME Globex?, the exchange's electronic trading platform, further diversifying the company's customer base and building product awareness across the region.

Prior to joining the company, Lam served as Head of Sales for ICAP E-Broking in Singapore, where he was responsible for leading the firm's new and existing product sales efforts throughout the Asia Pacific region. He had oversight responsibility for launching several currency pairs and recruiting 48 new customers, including the seven largest banks in China. Prior to joining ICAP E-Broking, Lam held leadership positions with Siebel Systems, Inc. and Commerce One Inc. with a particular emphasis on Asian operations. He has also held marketing and consulting positions with Oracle Corporation and Booz-Allen & Hamilton.

Lam earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from National University of Singapore and a master's in business administration from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom. He is a member of ACI Singapore (The Financial Markets Association of Singapore) and TMA Hong Kong (Treasury Markets Association). He speaks Bahasa Malaysia, Indonesian and Mandarin as well as several Chinese dialects.

Ling Tie is currently responsible for China-wide treasury management and financial analysis (controlling) of Saint-Gobain China. Before joining Saint-Gobain, Ling Tie held a number of important positions of increased responsibility with OBI (China) in charge of treasury, tax, insurance and M&A activities. Before corp operation, Ling Tie had extensive experience in banking sector.

Vivek Arora is the IMF senior resident representative in China, based in Beijing. He has held this position since August 2006, before which he headed the IMF resident representative office in South Africa.

Mr. Arora joined the IMF in Washington DC in 1992 and, prior to his current position in China, worked on a range of country assignments including the United States, Canada, Korea, and southern Africa, as well as a previous assignment on China during 1994-1997. He has published research papers on economic growth, emerging market spreads, U.S. monetary and fiscal policy, and exchange rate regimes.

Mr. Arora received his B.A. (Honours) in economics from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University, and his M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from Brown University in the United States. He also studied international finance at Harvard University under the Brown-Harvard Graduate Exchange Program.
